Attorney Jack Benoun first began practicing law in 1969. Since then he has consistently demonstrated commitment both to his clients and to the greater Newark-Fremont community. His son, David Benoun, began researching cases while he was still an undergraduate, where he first realized that he, too, had an interest for the law.

Benoun serves as the Vice President of the Newark Educational Fund and a member of the Newark Rotary Club. He is also Board Director for both the Ohlone College Foundation, as well as S.A.V.E. — Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments. Jack Benoun is a 30-year member of the Dawn Breakers Lions Club and has served as member to the Ohlone College Finance Committee. He has also served as President and Board Member of the Newark Chamber of Commerce and was a Board Member to Second Chance for 17 years.
